Shipping Policy for”VALETTA” is as follows:

1. Shipping Methods:
We utilize both EGYPT POST, J&T EXPRESS as reliable shipping services to ensure prompt and safe delivery of orders. Our shipping partners are chosen based on their track record of timely deliveries and prices.

2. Shipping Timeframe:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a day from the date of purchase. Regarding the method time frame changes
–EGYPT POST  only ship in business days so friday,Saturday and official holidays must be excluded from the the shipping time frame
-unlike J&T express which ship even in holidays.

3. Shipping Fees:
Depends on your location. the calculated shipping fees in the checkout page already include 14% tax, There are no additional fees or charges associated with shipping.

4. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
–EGYPT POST does not allow customers to inspect their shipments
and restrict electronics shipping to sinai, despite both are allowed through J&T express

–J&T express doesn’t ship to north sinai.

5. Delivery Confirmation:
Upon delivery, customers may be required to provide a signature to confirm receipt of the order. This helps ensure the security and accountability of the delivery process.
